Low latency only what is supposed to do?

Can anyone help me with this option?

On ping optimizer advanced there’s an option called low latency only, what is supposed to do?

Low Latency Only will completely disable throttling unless low-latency traffic is detected, which may cause issues. For example, if gaming or work is detected then it will apply throttling, in all other scenarios it won't.
