Badgerslayer7
Hello. Just purchased this router in the black friday deal. Unfortunately I cannot get this to work the same way as my asus router did. With my asus I was able to connect directly to my supplied ont. Using 123@skydsl|123 with client identifier 61. Can any help me to get this to work in the same way. Many thanks
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 1 Administrators Share Posted December 1 Connect it to your existing router for the moment, complete the wizard and then upgrade to the latest firmware, either from here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57039-new-r3-firmware-dumaos-40290/ or the interface, then attempt to use those details again to connect. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 1 Administrators Share Posted December 1 Try abc123@skydsl|abc123 when you get a chance and see if that works instead Badgerslayer7
Badgerslayer7
Still not working. Left it for 20 mins still not connecting. Does it automatically select option 61.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 2 Administrators Share Posted December 2 Glad to hear you got it sorted, likely just a reboot would be needed after entering, thanks for the update!
