I’m gonna apologise for double posting a second time but this is new information.

i logged in via the app, went to geo and clicked the server I wanted, I clicked the green tick box and it’s immediately connected me to the New York server… I dunno what this means but u hope this helps!

Quick question then, how are you determining you're getting the server in the EU? Is it just because you're seeing it or is auto ping also pinging it?

Every couple of games is a French speaker. Ping is consistent with London/Franch server and it showing as connected to London/France on Geo filter

That makes sense! Where are you based approximately, assuming it's not too close to NY given the ping? 

Also next time when you do it, if you click the  icon on the logs panel and you can download the logs as a file and upload it here, that will make it a lot more readable for me

I’m Yorkshire, UK but NY lobbies regardless of ping are a lot more casual/fun than my usual EU lobbies hence Geofencing. I’ve attempted to do it via the browser two more times and it still connects to EU, however doing this way via the app works absolutely fine. Next time I’m on I’ll download the log files for you! Probably won’t be till after Boxing Day now though.

You're able to reproduce this consistently with it working on the app? That's super strange because either they should both work or neither as they'd have the same settings and cloud, super weird. If you could that'd be great thanks. No worries, enjoy Christmas!

Yeah, works consistently on the app but not on the browser. Also worth noting it only works on the app from my limited testing when this is enabled (circled in yellow) however! This is also enabled on my browser too so not sure what the problem is.

That'd definitely have to be enabled in either case for it to work. Hopefully the logs reveal something, thanks for the report!

They added a few more servers and a lot of relay servers which are mainly located in Singapore but nothing too bad just a little extra work. But know that these servers are not visible right away they will appear as the blockage intensifies.

A bit of a hijacking of a post, but have you guys looked into the possibility that they are "reverse proxying" our connections from our geo-filtered location to wherever SBMM thinks we should be? I've noticed way more discrepancy between timing recently, and I wondered if they were doing this to overcome geo-fencing.
