Features not loading

My Netduma tells me that it isn't working, I don't want to reset it if i don't need to. Can someone look at this for me please and tell me how to fix it,

Could you clarify exactly how it's telling you it's not working? What exactly are you seeing?

Yeah course, Comes up a error saying im sorry Some of the features are unable to load and a option saying proceed or try again .

reset the netduma and your modem at the same time some time i have to reset my netduma  as well

Yeah, this is what I'm trying to avoid, I came from the xr1000 xr500 range and It's a nightmare all this resetting every month.

 

Thank-you for confirming i have to do that, I guess ill have to bite the bullet so to speak

yup im on the xr1000 and it is at least till i get an r3, cheers though

Usually if you click the refresh or continue to interface anyway it should allow you in, does that not happen?

I've given you Early Access so you can try the firmware there, the issue should be reduced on that version: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
