r3 configuration and settings

good morning guys, I'm new here on the forum, thank you in advance for your work. 

I've had an R3 for almost a year already and it's the first time I've encountered this problem, I moved and I have a new modem from the local operator here. the problem is that my r3 doesn't configure itself, it says it has internet it lets me choose the access passes but when it comes to the speed test it freezes and the connection is missing on the pc... how to solve this problem

Welcome to the forum! Skip through the rest of the wizard, then reboot your modem, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R3, wait 4 minutes then see if you have internet

Many thanks for answering my question, I managed to configure it perfectly after a reset of all components including the PC network card.. I also configured the dmz to have direct communication with the isp modem.. only I was unable to configure r3 a2.5 gb but thank you very much for everything

Good to hear! Do you mean 2.5Gbps? If so yeah the ports are 1Gbps. You're very welcome!
