R2 update error(invalid signature, upload valid signature)

Hello I am trying to update my R2 but I keep getting the Firmware has Invalid Signature, Please upload a valid Netduma firmware.  I have tired factory resetting and also rebooting multiple times.

What is the firmware file you're trying to update with exactly?

I have an R2 router and I’m trying to update to the latest firmware DumaOS-R2-3.3.280.sig

Delete the file from your PC and then re-download it please and then try again

I have done this from two different PCs, I also tried to do it on the app.

Reboot the router, the try again please, if that doesn't work then do the same but with a factory reset

I have rebooted the router and have done factory reset also but it still doesn’t update. Same error.

If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R2 (found on the System Information page) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R2 and enable remote support in Settings. Then post back here from a device connected to the R2 when you've done that and we'll attempt to connect to force through an upgrade. Depending on when you do this is might have to be tomorrow but you don't have to be around or do anything other than what I've mentioned for us to do it.

We had to upgrade you to DumaOS 4 and factory reset it, you can stay on the DumaOS 4 beta update or you can downgrade to the one you wanted.

Let me know if it didn't work and if you want to stay on the beta update and I can add you to the early access section.
