VPN Connectivity Issues with R1

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with my Netduma R1 router running firmware version 3.0.207 when using my company laptop and connecting via Wi-Fi. The laptop connects to my company's VPN successfully but disconnects every less than 1 min (From the VPN) 

The VPN works on other networks, like my mobile hotspot or the main router, but it fails to connect to my R1. I suspect the issue might be related to the router's settings.

I've already tried to disable QoS and try hard reset with no luck.

If you mean sync flood protection, I disabled it before and now after a hard reset, but the issue is still not resolved.
