It's the credentials you use to login to the interface on your PC web browser - if you don't recall what it is then you'll need to factory reset and go through the wizard to set new credentials.

No credentials you use to access the interface/via the app, by default its admin / password but if it's not that or you don't remember them then you'll need to reset.

I don’t remember the username or password for the app, that’s what I need help recovering and I reset it already. What do I do after that?

Did you reboot or factory reset? You need to hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface/app - use the default credentials to login and complete the wizard, you'll set the credentials going through the wizard

I did it and it worked but now it’s sayin I have no internet connection when I connect to the netduma in my WiFi setting on my phone even though I have internet.

Yea my phone has in tenet when I connect to it and my router(netduma) and phone are the only things connected to my modem. I also did that and when reconnecting it still say no internet connection. This all happened after I reset it.

Also I jst took the Ethernet out of the netduma and plugged it in my Xbox and it put me right online so it’s not my internet that’s down.

Go to WiFi Settings on the router, click split bands. The R3 2.4GHz network will appear on your phone wifi list to connect to.

I dont have a “split bands” option, I can connect to the R3 on my phone it’s just when I connect to it it says “no internet connection”
