Monte11
Does anyone know how I can log back in to the DumaOS app after forgetting both username and password?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 11 Administrators Share Posted November 11 It's the credentials you use to login to the interface on your PC web browser - if you don't recall what it is then you'll need to factory reset and go through the wizard to set new credentials. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 11 Administrators Share Posted November 11 No credentials you use to access the interface/via the app, by default its admin / password but if it's not that or you don't remember them then you'll need to reset. Monte11
I don’t remember the username or password for the app, that’s what I need help recovering and I reset it already. What do I do after that?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 11 Administrators Share Posted November 11 Did you reboot or factory reset? You need to hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface/app - use the default credentials to login and complete the wizard, you'll set the credentials going through the wizard
