Is this your first time setting up the router? In which case you'd either use the Nighthawk app or setup using your PC web browser

No mate i use a while the router was all good just last night cant login on app duma os  on nighthawk all works perfect 

I unistal and instal 10 times still same problem after update stop works

Also i disconnect router  wait few min and still cant login on duma os app if i login on website or nighthawk its works

Okay so if you add a new device with the XR1000 selected it won't let you persist with adding it manually, you just get the above?

Yes exacly that happend

They're testing the app and making new versions, it won't be a super quick turn around - the process for the app stores to approve an update can take a few weeks so that's on top of us sorting it. Use the mobile web browser for the moment and you'll get a similar experience to what you would have on the app.

They do test the app, it's not always possible to catch bugs - for example, you're the only one that's reported this on the 1000 that I know of
