Download latency is high :/

Hi everyone, I'm looking for your help! When I do a test in Speedtest, I see a high value in download latency(120 ms). What can I do about it and why?

It's your ping to that specific speed test server so it really depends on how far away it is/your routing to it, if you select another is it a high ping? Do you notice it when gaming?
