Black Ops 6 problems

I can't find a match on black ops 6, just started today. It just keeps showing inactive console and then waiting for host, not actually joining a lobby. I checked with Activision and I'm not shadowbanned or anything. Please help.

inactive then waiting for host, then inactive then waiting for host again. Over and over.

i rebooted it and it did the same thing except the geofilter completely went bright yellow then opacity see through yellow, and then the exact same over and over, until it stopped.

If you disable the Geo-Filter does it work normally? If so, please provide a screenshot of how you've set it up please.

I think that's likely to be a browser/monitor issue rather than the page doing it

no it doesn't then either. I'll test it on my other laptop. It shouldn't be because i have the program on another computer as well? But not using it and it's off.

First two photos are of the first issues, last one is trying it on the other computer. I just got this thing a few months ago. Oh yeah it was also connecting to a host in Vancouver for some reason even though that's not even close to my geolocation, when it first started letting me play a few matches before most of this occurred.

I've been using Chrome the entire time, but have been using Chrome since I first got it so.

The vancouver one I can't tell why that's happened as I can't see the map but disable Geo-Latency in Settings, that's usually the cause. The map photo looks fine, everything inside being allowed, everything outside being blocked. So you don't get the yellowing on another computer at all?

Ok I turned it off, I'll try it the next time I play. I don't get the bright yellow on the other computer, no. I actually don't get those rejected servers on my geo-map when I normally play.....

it's not a browser issue : ( it's doing the same thing on Safari now. Showed Dublin as server, then couldn't ping server, then the continuous finding host and inactive both alternating.

Try this:

  1. Quit the application/game/client completely
  2. Remove device from the Geo-Filter
  3. Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu
  4. Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter
  5. Set up the Geo-Filter how you like
  6. Wait 4 minutes
  7. Boot up application/game/client

Then see if it works better.

ok so it worked. However it still went back and forth between connecting to host and inactive, but it finally found a lobby and showed all the servers and players on the map, as well as the host in LA. Hopefully it stays like that. Would losing internet access randomly/ internet shutting off possibly break it in the first place?

No nothing to do with that - what have you done settings wise/with the console prior to it not working? Doesn't have to be specifically you changed a setting but just run me through e.g. turned on, turned off (standby) etc
