bpd0110
I can't find a match on black ops 6, just started today. It just keeps showing inactive console and then waiting for host, not actually joining a lobby. I checked with Activision and I'm not shadowbanned or anything. Please help. bpd0110
inactive then waiting for host, then inactive then waiting for host again. Over and over. i rebooted it and it did the same thing except the geofilter completely went bright yellow then opacity see through yellow, and then the exact same over and over, until it stopped. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 8 Administrators Share Posted November 8 If you disable the Geo-Filter does it work normally? If so, please provide a screenshot of how you've set it up please. I think that's likely to be a browser/monitor issue rather than the page doing it
bpd0110
no it doesn't then either. I'll test it on my other laptop. It shouldn't be because i have the program on another computer as well? But not using it and it's off. First two photos are of the first issues, last one is trying it on the other computer. I just got this thing a few months ago. Oh yeah it was also connecting to a host in Vancouver for some reason even though that's not even close to my geolocation, when it first started letting me play a few matches before most of this occurred. NetDuma 3.pdf NetDuma 2.pdf NetDuma prob.pdf I've been using Chrome the entire time, but have been using Chrome since I first got it so.
bpd0110
did you see the pics?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 9 Administrators Share Posted November 9 The vancouver one I can't tell why that's happened as I can't see the map but disable Geo-Latency in Settings, that's usually the cause. The map photo looks fine, everything inside being allowed, everything outside being blocked. So you don't get the yellowing on another computer at all? bpd0110
Ok I turned it off, I'll try it the next time I play. I don't get the bright yellow on the other computer, no. I actually don't get those rejected servers on my geo-map when I normally play.....
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 9 Administrators Share Posted November 9 Likely a browser/device issue in that instance then as I don't think it even has the ability to turn yellow! Keep us posted on how you get on filtering
bpd0110
Gotcha, I'll check it out. Netduma Fraser
bpd0110
it's not a browser issue : ( it's doing the same thing on Safari now. Showed Dublin as server, then couldn't ping server, then the continuous finding host and inactive both alternating.
bpd0110
could it be my AVG internet security? Try a hard reset or?
bpd0110
just continuous waiting for host then inactive. over and over, with the map looking like this. no blocked or allowed servers. Aren't both the red dot and the white one me? NetDuma 4.pdf
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 10 Administrators Share Posted November 10 Could you do screenshots where I can see the whole screen please? This will help me better determine any issues. How to: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/102646 You don't appear on the map, the red dot is the centre of the radius, the white will be a server
bpd0110
here ya go. this time no white dot for server. Yur 2.pdf Yur.pdf
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 10 Administrators Share Posted November 10 Zoom out fully on the map as it's quite possible it's connected outside your radius
bpd0110
it isn't 😕 Yur 3.pdf
bpd0110
would the internet going out consistently break it??
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 11 Administrators Share Posted November 11 Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 4 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better. bpd0110
Ok ill try it, but I largely tried all of those, just not all in that exact order.
bpd0110
ok so it worked. However it still went back and forth between connecting to host and inactive, but it finally found a lobby and showed all the servers and players on the map, as well as the host in LA. Hopefully it stays like that. Would losing internet access randomly/ internet shutting off possibly break it in the first place?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 11 Administrators Share Posted November 11 Great to hear! I doubt it no but if it happens again try that process again and it should work

bpd0110
think it might have anything to do with my RAM on my mac being completely full? Been that way forever lol
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 14 Administrators Share Posted November 14 No nothing to do with that - what have you done settings wise/with the console prior to it not working? Doesn't have to be specifically you changed a setting but just run me through e.g. turned on, turned off (standby) etc
