Hello, my ping heatmap doesn t show BO 6, R500 V2.3.2.134

resyncing is not working for me either. 

XR500 V2.3.2.135 and XR500 V2.3.2.134 no luck

I'll get the team to have a look, in the meantime use one of the other CoD options - the servers basically never change

is there a way to get game server ips ?? other then traceroute in cmd ??

Could you please resync the cloud again and it should be there

afternoon all,

I've had my router off this morning for a reboot and its still not showing a heatmap for BLOPS6  R500 V2.3.2.134

How exactly do I need to resync the cloud and do you suggest using any other firmware?

I'd stick on that version if it's the beta one. You resync it from the Ping Heatmap menu

dose this mean only beta fw will get the ping heat map updates from now on as im on the last fw that is not beta for the xr500 wich is

The rollout of the cloud should be at 100% now so you should have it, I have asked the team to check. It's possible the download of the cloud is being blocked - What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode

YEAH THATS HOW ITS SET MODEM = DMZ = XR

but still no black ops in list

and is there gunna be a fix for this madness

Provide the log then please - the latter I believe is a browser or perhaps a resolution thing - try an incognito window or reduce the resolution and see if that works

He thinks it could actually be because you're not on the beta so could you go ahead and upgrade to that and see if it appears please?
