Connected region problem

I own Netduma R2 and I play FC25 from Turkey. According to the ping map, it appears to be at least 35ms on the Milan server. but when I select that point I cannot connect to any game. Do I need to open a port? Can you help me?

When I add Warsaw and Frankfurt in polygon mode, there is no problem. But while the Milan server gives the best ping, my goal is to connect there.

Okay so the router is filtering correctly then which means it won't be a problem on your side, it will just be that the Milan server is not always available to connect to. Have it in your radius but don't force it exclusively.

I tried geography filtering again but it wasn't working. why is it not active? My connection to Warsaw and Frankfurt seems perfect, but it connects to a server other than them. connects it to the Bern.

Can you provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter page showing what you see when you get a game outside your radius please? Preferably using a PC to do so.

Can you help me for the full installation? What exactly settings should I make? Obviously there is something I did wrong.

If you can provide the screenshot I can better advise on why that specifically may be happening.

There are guides available at support.netduma.com and there are also some videos over on YT that can help as well e.g. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLCU0-ELvZkOoPSep37e5VmdNatkIWYNxU
