Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 13 Administrators Share Posted October 13 To allow us to help you better: What are the speeds you pay for/receive generally direct from the ISP router? What speeds are you getting through the R3 currently? Where are you testing the speeds, on the router speed test or speedtest.net for example? Are ethernet speeds as expected and therefore just WiFi being slow or are both affected? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3?
Juan Sosa
1. Speeds i pay for are 1gig download and 40 upload I tested through the modem I'm getting 1000 download 40 upload. 2. Speeds I'm getting threw the Netduma r3 are cut in half for both or slightly slower than the router given by my isp. 3. I have done both on router and speed test and they are the same. 4. Both are effected 5. the model of the modem is this its a spectrum modem ES2251 If you need info its here - https://d15yx0mnc9teae.cloudfront.net/sites/default/files/Spectrum D3.1 EMTA Data Sheet-3.pdf Also to ensure all traffic i dont know those those settings DMZ and bridge stuff dont know about any of that. 6 all devices are connected i have 2 wired pcs 2 phones a xbox and a roku tv thats it. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 13 Administrators Share Posted October 13 Have you entered your correct speeds into the router? Are you using Congestion Control - if so how do you have this set?

Yes you should put your correct speeds in, your upload QoS will not work properly otherwise. What firmware version are you on currently?
