Firmware update on new r3

R3 just arrived. 
 

plugged it in went to 192.168.77.1 was prompted to do a firmware update.

 

I’ve been on the screen

 

updating…

this could take a few minutes. Please don’t reboot or turn off your router

 

it has been on this screen for 45 minutes with no change?

If you were connected by WiFi double check you've reconnected to the router then refresh the page

I am connected via Ethernet cable

Refresh the page, it's likely done or timed you out so you need to login again
