Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 10 Administrators Share Posted October 10 I've given you Early Access, please try this firmware specifically made for the issue, once installed factory reset then see if it works better https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56332-r3-disconnections/page/14/#comment-424833 StenOS
StenOS
I installed the firmware v4.0.291-testing.2410021656 and rolled back to factory settings. Report the results later. Netduma Fraser

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 11 Administrators Share Posted October 11 In Settings > DHCP > Add Rules > Select Device > Save. Do that for each device. Then in DHCP > Advanced change the lease time to 10000, save, reboot the router from the interface and see if it happens again please.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 12 Administrators Share Posted October 12 Is it regaining the internet within 5 minutes if you don't do anything? If so that's fine - it doesn't mean the firmware isn't working, it's actually the opposite and we make that better

If I understand correctly, then my problem is related to clearing the cache, can I reschedule clearing the cache for another time?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 15 Administrators Share Posted October 15 No it's not to do with the cache but we know what it is, we'll get that sorted StenOS

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 17 Administrators Share Posted October 17 We're giving the firmware more time so we can be sure it is the cause and then we'll get it in a version, we don't give out ETAs on firmware though
