C4loz Posted January 25 Posted January 25 Hi,I have a problem with bufferbloat and general slowdown after about three days with the 2.90 software. I purchased the router about a week ago, could you kindly give me access to the .285 firmware and the .291 firmware to see if I can solve the problem with one of the two, let me start by saying that I use it in ppoe with a Tim Italy connection, thank you very much.

Did you factory reset after upgrading? You seem to be the online person having the issue so it's not necessarily an easy thing to determine the cause, if after a factory reset it continues please grab the logs again when it happens, there may be some new information
extremeborg Posted February 9 Author Posted February 9 I reseted, i did everything, here are the logs, after it went down. At 01:56 net went down… R3_2025-02-09T01:00:53.790Z_logs.txt

Get the logs immediately before rebooting 7 hours ago, Itzdannyf said: yea im at the point to were i factory reset my router modum all of it and only can get wifi connection and not ethernet ik its prob something settings related but ive tried all my options atp You have a different issue, I've replied to your topic
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 9 Administrators Posted February 9 Next time it happens could you copy/paste the logs - double check that it's covering the time frame the issue happened, it may be the download button isn't catching it all
extremeborg Posted February 13 Author Posted February 13 So logs cant get them, cause they are refreshing all the time and only show last 2 minutes. When net got disconnected, i saw in logs warning, time bla bla bla backwards.. multiple warnings i save logs like this cause i cant catch right timing to copy them directly..   and picture of logs after i reseted router.. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 13 Administrators Posted February 13 That won't be the cause but thank you. This shouldn't be the cause either but could you disable telemetry in Troubleshooting please and see if it continues? The team are actively looking into the issue, if they need extra information I'll let you know.
