As Pepeo, I enter the username and password, the modem not distributes the internet.

Skip through the setup wizard, complete it then once you're on the main interface enter the PPPoE details, save, reboot the router from the interface, wait 4 minutes then see if you can connect.

What is the R3 plugged into exactly when you're trying to use your PPPoE details? Are the PPPoE details definitely correct?

We don't do remote support and you don't have internet to do that anyway.
