when i ping the servers it show me 12 ping but when i connect to the server to play its like 40 ping 

steady ping is off btw

and when i switch my router everything is normal

Geo-Filter shows 12 and in game shows 40? What game are you playing? Where are you located approximately and where is the server located? Can you provide the ID for the server please?

ok let me explane more

i play like this and the ping showing in the page 12

and in game bettwen 12-14 

and now in game jumped to 36+ ping

so i swtich my router to the asus one and everything is normal 12-14 ping

now i hard rest netduma and gona try

What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode

That is probably a serial number not a model number but you've said you're just using a cable? Can you provide a picture of the physical setup please? Okay so you are now getting internet through the router?

I mean a picture of what the R3 is plugged into please, I don't need a picture of the R3 specifically, I know what that looks like but I don't know your setup, I don't know what the R3 connects to for your internet access

how do you i expan it to you

im fiber optic 

i get dairect cable from my ips to r3 nothing in bettwen or b4 the ips cable

No worries we can ignore that no - you have internet is that right? Was that speedtest.net test done while connected to the router? If so great, that is the ping you can focus on, the ping on the router will be because it's using a server far away from you so can be ignored
