I don't have ipv6 on my computer. version v4.0.236. I have tried all the solutions suggested in the forum. Do you have anything to recommend?

It appears you are receiving an IPv6 address, what makes you think you're not? It shows you have a public IPv6 address in that screenshot

You should be hiding these public IP addresses. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode

I believe IPv6 is disabled by default on the new firmware so you'll need to enable that for WAN, reboot, wait 4 minutes then check please
