Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 1 Administrators Share Posted October 1 I've given you Early Access, please try the firmware there to see if that resolves it: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 1 Administrators Share Posted October 1 It appears you are receiving an IPv6 address, what makes you think you're not? It shows you have a public IPv6 address in that screenshot

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 1 Administrators Share Posted October 1 You should be hiding these public IP addresses. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
Pantelis
DMZ mode..
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 7 Administrators Share Posted October 7 I believe IPv6 is disabled by default on the new firmware so you'll need to enable that for WAN, reboot, wait 4 minutes then check please
