Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 1, 2024 Administrators Share Posted October 1, 2024 It appears you are receiving an IPv6 address, what makes you think you're not? It shows you have a public IPv6 address in that screenshot

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 1, 2024 Administrators Share Posted October 1, 2024 You should be hiding these public IP addresses. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 7, 2024 Administrators Share Posted October 7, 2024 I believe IPv6 is disabled by default on the new firmware so you'll need to enable that for WAN, reboot, wait 4 minutes then check please
