LokiD
I have an XR1000v2. I checked the update, and it was version ending with 16, but the new one is 22. I tried to update via the GUI, but it said that version 16 was the latest update, which it wasn't, so I updated manually to 1.1.0.22. It's been at least 10 minutes, and there's still nothing from the router. Is that normal? The LEDs are as they should be and the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz are showing, but I can't connect to the them, and I have no connection via RJ45 on my PC. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 27 Administrators Share Posted September 27 While connected to the router via a wired Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please. The router address may have changed to prevent a conflict with your ISP modem, in which case it would have changed to 10.0.0.1 can you access that way? Before I started the update, it said I should not have restarted the router during the update, but I just took the risk, and it worked. Thanks for the support anyway, man. But I'm still on the v.xxxxx.16 update, so yeah, the update didn't work. Do yout think I should try again ?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 27 Administrators Share Posted September 27 Clear your browser cache/cookies, it may have updated but the number is cached on the old one. If it didn't upgrade make sure you upgrade via ethernet and see if it works then LokiD
