Connecting Netduma R3 to fiber internet

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

I have had the Netduma since release and it worked perfectly when I had Xfinity and an Xfinity modem. I recently moved and got Fidium Fiber and wanted to use the R3. I plugged the WAN cable in the port from the ONT and powered it on and had no internet. the WAN port light on the front was lit up and still there was no internet. Is there a setting that I need to fix in DUMAOS? Do I need to put it in "bridge mode" I have been hearing about. I am just spit balling. Any help would be appreciated.

Oh, that's a good point. I will have to try that. I just gave the company the MAC address and they said the internet would work after 20 minutes and I never actually went into the DUMAOS. Because like I said the WAN port was lit up, so it was receiving a signal. I will try this later thank you.
