Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 17, 2024 Administrators Posted September 17, 2024 What exactly are you seeing when you try to access? Can you access using the app?
Darkatek7 Posted September 24, 2024 Author Posted September 24, 2024 I also cannot acces through the app and i get this error:
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 24, 2024 Administrators Posted September 24, 2024 What firmware version are you on currently? Close the interface, unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, then wait 4 minutes, then access and see if it loads please.
Darkatek7 Posted September 24, 2024 Author Posted September 24, 2024 Using the latest firmware. I alredy tried that. It works for like a day if I am lucky then i have the same issue again
Darkatek7 Posted September 27, 2024 Author Posted September 27, 2024 @Netduma Frasernow even your fix doesn't help anymore. I cannot access the interface at all
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 27, 2024 Administrators Posted September 27, 2024 I've given you Early Access, do what you need to do to gain access like a factory reset, then get upgraded to the EA firmware: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
Darkatek7 Posted September 27, 2024 Author Posted September 27, 2024 Thanks a lot, I"ll give it a try! Netduma Fraser 1
Darkatek7 Posted September 30, 2024 Author Posted September 30, 2024 @Netduma Fraser even after updating to the beta release i get that error...
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 1, 2024 Administrators Posted October 1, 2024 Do you have an Anti-virus/firewall installed on your PC? If so it could be blocking the interface, either disable it then check or add http://192.168.77.1/ as a trusted site and then check please. A browser based Adblocker could also be blocking it.
Darkatek7 Posted October 2, 2024 Author Posted October 2, 2024 Nope no firewall at all. I also have the same error on my iphone and Samsung devices
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 3, 2024 Administrators Posted October 3, 2024 Okay thanks, the team will be looking into it - if you disable SmartBOOST fully does it work then?
