The R3 has been losing the WAN connection to my modem for 2 days. The R3 is connected via PPPOE. I have disconnected the modem and the R3 from the power supply but the fault is clearly with the R3 because I have a constant DSL connection on the modem.

I believe this issue is related to the latest firmware (v4.0.219). To my knowledge, this didn't affect me on the previous firmware (v4.0.41). I have tried factory resetting the R3 to resolve the issue, but it still occurs when I restart the modem.

Could the issue above be the same issue you are having?

No, it also interrupted the connection to the WAN during operation tonight. No resync or restart

Grab the logs please and we can take a look
