Prioritization not working and LAGGING like mad on WZ!

Hi All,

I got the R3 yesterday and yesterday it was SPOT ON... every game SPOT ON... 0 Lag, slapping everyone. I set AxelZ as priority and I was online on call of duty when this screenshot was taken.

but today i lost to everyone... Axel shud be priority. Not sure why or what is different between today and yesterday!

Check the IP on the device itself then check on the device manager for the device you think it is, do the IPs match?

Try this:

1. Quit the application/game/client completely
2. Remove device from the Geo-Filter
3. Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC)
4. Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu
5. Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option
6. Set up the Geo-Filter how you like
7. Wait 2 minutes
8. Boot up application/game/client

Then see if it works. I'm guessing you may be playing on PC using Game Pass is that right?

We are both on PC and we are both playing through battle.net

In SmartBOOST. Should I have 'activities' as gaming and then add the Devices into the Devices section and put mine to the top. This is what I currently have setup.

I tried the above. It picks it up now in GeoFilter but just says loading and it dosent pick the game up though in Network Activity. Its literally just playing call of duty and i have 0 gaming use,

Do you leave your PC in an instant on/standby state at all? That's fine the way you've added it. 

Resync the cloud on the Device Manager and Geo-Filter and see if Network Activity then picks it up please.

Ive done that now ill give that a try tonight and see how it goes  Cheers. I ran some speed tests and can see them on 'Axel' on the SmartBOOST so it must be setup correct just not too sure why its not detecting when i'm gaming etc.

I see you're on an old firmware, not even the latest public version. I've given you Early Access, please try the firmware there and see how you get on. https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
