I have ordered netduma R3 since saturday with fast shipping (1-2) days and still didnt arrive yet and I dont even know even if shipped yet or not , order number is : 47966

It's 1-2 working day shipping so it would have shipped today, you should have received a tracking email today from UPS - did you receive that?

Ye I saw the tracking thanks for the link , they start working on the order today and it says in the order it will arrive around 14 sept , and i paid 40 usd for fast shipping which is less than 3 days , is that a mistake ?

It would be better for order queries to go through emails but it's an estimated delivery date not a definite, it's just based on where it is currently, the delivery date will likely change as it progresses further. Shipping time is also not guaranteed.
