Card
While I was playing the beta last weekend I was only connecting to Japan servers and was pinging terribly to my normal servers the entire weekend. I called my ISP to see if they could help me with this and they had me rearrange my wiring from my router that was provided to me by my ISP and my Netduma Router. Well I can now see in dumaos that it is now pinging me very well to my actual location but now whenever I try to logon to Call of Duty I get hit with a "Server disconnected" error code. I was hoping that an update to the beta this weekend would fix my issue but the problem persists. I don't believe it's my internet because I can play any other multiplayer game no issue. Any help would be appreciated.
Card
Update to this. Just tried to play on my PS5 and it worked just fine. So the "Server Disconnected" issue is only for when I try to play the beta on my PC for some reason.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 7 Administrators Share Posted September 7 We're testing a cloud update currently, I appreciate it's not ideal during the beta to have it not work correctly but we only have limited time to test it - even less so given working hours, we don't commit to having full compatibility during the beta because it's always subject to change but it does allow us to have day 1 support on release. For PC you may need to switch it to a console in the Device Manager instead and then it may work better.
