Orbxtal
I'm curious.. where are the upper chanels (149-161) on the R3 ? Is it normal that I don't have them or is it a bug ? I'd like to know because from my testings, they're the least congested ones in my area so it would be nice if they were available.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 6 Administrators Share Posted September 6 The max channel available is 128, I think this is the max NG allow as well which was what our decision was based on I think, I can request higher channels if they comply with individual country laws and the router has the power to provide it. From what I'm seeing, there's no problem using these chanels in North America. I'm also pretty sure I had them on my XR 500, I'd have to check to confirm though, it's been a while since I've used it
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 6 Administrators Share Posted September 6 I checked and I don't think we're allowed to have those channels in the UK which probably contributed to the decision as well given we wouldn't legally be able to test them. I'm sure there are ways around it though (I'm not a dev) so I will request it Orbxtal
