Can’t get steady ping to stabilise

Hi.I can’t get steady ping to stabilise.it was working fine up until now but whenever I go into a match on cod it doesn’t stabilise

You won't be able to stabilize every single game but I suspect in this case it has something to do with the fact that it thinks you have a 1ms ping that doesn't need stabilizing - what is the usual ping shown?

The usual ping shown is 9 to 10 ping on the netduma r3

Is it always showing 1ms now or has it gone back to normal and if it is normal is it now stabilizing?

It only happens when it connects to London….i get 1ms ping in London then Paris Amsterdam etc they all stabilise.i added an attachment

Could you click on the console please so you can see more information about the server, does ping method say traced? Do the other servers that work correctly say direct?

Okay it's traced which is what my theory was, now the ones that are working properly, what does the ping method say for them?

Hmm okay, must be my first thought then and it's not able to ping very far to stabilize it - I'm not sure there is much we can do about that currently. We will be overhauling the ping system at a later stage which should make it more stable.
