Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 5 Administrators Share Posted September 5 You won't be able to stabilize every single game but I suspect in this case it has something to do with the fact that it thinks you have a 1ms ping that doesn't need stabilizing - what is the usual ping shown? Paddy
The usual ping shown is 9 to 10 ping on the netduma r3
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 19 Administrators Share Posted September 19 Is it always showing 1ms now or has it gone back to normal and if it is normal is it now stabilizing?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 19 Administrators Share Posted September 19 Could you click on the console please so you can see more information about the server, does ping method say traced? Do the other servers that work correctly say direct?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 19 Administrators Share Posted September 19 Okay it's traced which is what my theory was, now the ones that are working properly, what does the ping method say for them?
Paddy
As per request please see attachment
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 20 Administrators Share Posted September 20 Hmm okay, must be my first thought then and it's not able to ping very far to stabilize it - I'm not sure there is much we can do about that currently. We will be overhauling the ping system at a later stage which should make it more stable.
