Shiesty
So when I first got the xr1000 my pc was showing that it was in "offline" when it wasn't because I'm wired into the router and using the internet on the pc so it was buggin me so I looked around and seen to delete it from there and resync it, before I did this I had no ip in it, it was a Mac ip and the geo filter was working on cod(pc), when I finally got it to show that the pc was online I had an ip with the Mac ip but then the geofilter wouldn't work. What could cause this? When I go into the router and search for new firmware it says I'm on the latest. And my ip on the device manager matches my ip with the cmd ip. Can someone help me get the geofilter to work or am I screwed?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 22 Administrators Share Posted August 22 What isn't working on the Geo-Filter exactly? Are you not seeing servers? Servers outside the radius etc? Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely (including the game client from the System Tray) Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
