Blumio Posted January 28 Author Posted January 28 Already have. Also my second (streaming) pc lost connection
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 28 Administrators Posted January 28 Reserve the IP for the PC if you haven't already and disable IPv6 for LAN/WAN on the R3, does that prevent the issue?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 29 Administrators Posted January 29 I'm still seeing you have IPv6 enabled but if you could grab the log again when it happens please

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 30 Administrators Posted January 30 We've just released a new Early Access firmware if you could upgrade to that and see if it resolves the issue for you: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57983-new-r3-firmware-dumaos-40540

Blumio Posted January 31 Author Posted January 31 Okay I will next time. I am playing now cod and on geo-filter doesn show any connection. I added the device i am playing ob
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 1 Administrators Posted February 1 Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works. Blumio Posted February 1 Author Posted February 1 attached the logs. Issue at 01:58 utc R3_2025-02-01T02_03_35.460Z_logs.txt
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 1 Administrators Posted February 1 The logs aren't applicable in every situation, what are they for exactly?
Blumio Posted February 1 Author Posted February 1 This are the system logs in the situation I lost the connection and going online again after 2-3 min.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 1 Administrators Posted February 1 Looks like a DHCP lease change, In Settings > DHCP > Add Rules > Select Device > Save. Do that for each device. Then in DHCP > Advanced change the lease time to 10000, save, reboot the router from the interface and see if it happens again please.
Blumio Posted February 7 Author Posted February 7 so I do exactly this but ghet disconnect now.... at 00:57 UTC R3_2025-02-07T00_57_06.159Z_logs_again with every device as dhcp.txt
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 7 Administrators Posted February 7 Looks like the exact same happened, can you provide a screenshot of your DHCP page please?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 7 Administrators Posted February 7 Okay disable DHCP server on the router then reboot the router from the interface and check if it happens again please
Blumio Posted February 13 Author Posted February 13 Hi , was ill till today. Playing for a hour maybe and this time I lost connection in the round not after at UTC 23:22.... Log attached. R3_2025-02-13T23_26_00.666Z_logs_crash while playing a round multiplayer.txt
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 14 Administrators Posted February 14 Potentially DHCP again, did you disable DHCP as above?
Blumio Posted February 14 Author Posted February 14 I only delete the devices from dhcp… whatsabout connection type (WAN) ? DHCP?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 14 Administrators Posted February 14 So in DHCP > Advanced disable DHCP, apply, reboot, wait 4 minutes then monitor
Blumio Posted February 15 Author Posted February 15 Lose connection again at ca. UTC 0:58... Also Geo Filtering didnt work again. After I do the 8 STeps you ecplain above it works but now it doesnt work....
Blumio Posted February 15 Author Posted February 15 Additional I want to reboot the netduma I got this....
