Hi together,

I lost everytime I play CoD the connection to the router via LAN. Both PCs are connected vis LAN and lost the connection about 3 minutes. Like the router doing a reboot. Today it was after 3-4 hours gametime and sometimes it is after 1 hour.
Also what I noticed is that my gaming PC dont have the connection to the internet after starting for 3 sec or something like that. I always got the error that afterburner cannot connect to the update Server because of missing internetconnection.

Iam on latest Version 4.0.236

thanks for support

Is it just the gaming that's disconnecting or the device or other devices? Do you see anything blocked on the Geo-Filter when this happens?

@Netduma Fraserhappened to me few times today. Randomly netduma loses lan connection.

Does it recover itself, do you need to reboot etc? Is there any pattern with device or internet usage as to when it happened?

1. Main EE router never resets

2. Netduma ethernet cable loses connection

3. Comes back automatically but takes a while

4. I’ve only seen it happen when I play Call Of Duty /WZ

5. it happens less often when I have steady ping off

How have you set the EE hub to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode

Set a reserved IP for your gaming device on the router then reboot, wait 4 minutes and see if it happens again please

1. Netduma set on DMZ

2. EE router does not have modem or bridge mode

3. Already have ip reserved for my gaming device

All we can tell from the logs is that it has crashed, if you could download the full log the next time we may be able to tell more

Hello :) so the firmware doesnt help. It makes it worst. Geofencing doesnt work like before. Often I connect and reconnect to a server this the whole time.

Any ideas ?

Great thanks, do try the new firmware in Early Access we posted today but otherwise if you click continue anyway can you get past that screen?

In Settings > DHCP > Add Rules > Select Device > Save. Do that for the gaming device and see if it continues please.
