Geo-Filter Issue - not functioning

The feature is not functioning as intended. Despite having strict mode enabled and the server blocked, the game continues to connect to the server outside of my filtered region. Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

Did you do so while you were still on the game? If so you'll need to restart your device then try again

after setting Ping Assist to 0 It appears that it does not connect to the blocked server, but it also fails to connect to any of the other servers within the filtered region, despite there being three available servers. unable to play the game takes me back to main menu. Is this behavior normal?

Unblock that server, it may be required for online play which is why you can't connect without it.

I'm sure we've tested BF in the past though and it's not very easily filterable.

I did restart my device, still same issue

i tried to unblock. The game will connect to the same server, so is BF impossible to filter? geo filter doesn't work for BF2024 for me

I think we tried before but as it could be done with a server browser there wasn't much need - is it more matchmaking now than server browser? I can have the team check again

yes its only matchmaking for the official game modes in BF2042, there is a server browser "called portal" but for custom games only. please have the team check again 🙏
