Ping Heatmap isn't showing any servers in London for the game, can you connect to it with the Geo-Filter disabled?

I’ve been searching a lot the last couple of days and it hasn’t come up once, also I’m not sure there is a way of knowing what server you connect to without Geo filter on eafc

If you just toggle the filtering off where you added the device you can see the servers and still ping them but you won't be influencing where you connect so it's a good test to see if the server is available to connect to regardless of the Geo-Filter.

Okay so it won't be the router then, it'll actually be the game not using the server at this time, if it's only happened recently then it's possible that its down for maintenance

I am able to connect to the London servers just fine, so the servers aren't currently down. When using filtering mode, try reducing the filter size of the circle to exclude the non-London servers.

I’ve tried this and it still never pops up for some reason, something must be blocking it for me for whatever reason, thanks for trying to help though.

This is about Ultimate Team, right? If so, when I found an opponent on Division Rivals, then the server would appear.

When you tried reducing the filter circle to include only the London servers, were you just infinitely searching for a game?

Yes, this is what is looks like when I first click on eafc, these are the only servers and peer connections that pop up when I’m searching for a game with a bigger radius.

I believe it might be. The labels aren't always correct, so sometimes they can be misidentified and sometimes the server/peer mislocated. This is what mine looks like when connecting to EA servers.

When clicked on, does yours display the city/town as London?GeoFilterv2.thumb.png.3ed65c5afc0f291575583557c143ba74.png

An easy way to check for tomorrow is when you are selecting kits. If your ping is around 4 ms, then you'll be on London servers, and if it's around 11 ms or above, then you're most likely not.
