Hello, 

 

I think I have a faulty R2 

 

When I log into R2 instead of the screen being red it is WHITE and I have followed instructions to empty cache and hard reload, I haven't had any luck doing that. 

It still gives me the same white interface. 

Any advice is appreciated or how I go about warranty?

I've responded to your other topic, we can continue there, based on your order date the warranty has ended
