TheRealQM
If there is a NetDuma agent that can provide remote support that would be nice. My ISP router gave me at least 800 Mbps Download and 39 Mbps Upload. With my NetDuma R3 I recieve 11.8 Mbps Download and 10.2 Mbps Upload with and or without Hybrid VPN Activated! I pay my ISP for the Gig Plan. The speeds mentioned were tested from my phone and PC. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 20 Administrators Share Posted July 20 We don't do remote support but have you set your expected bandwidth speeds on the router? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Are ALL devices connected to the router? Was the PC wired when you did a test? Are you testing the speed on the router or speedtest.net?
TheRealQM
There is a Remote Access option in my router! Modem is: Spectrum EU2251. I did tests wired and not wired. I tested with the app Ookla. I don't know anything about or what DMZ for internet is. I have set my speeds manually to my paid speeds. By the way when I do the speed test with the R3 on DumaOS 4 it says I have my paid speeds. It is just from my devices connected to it. I was also curious about the DHCP ID's

TheRealQM
I am still curious what my DHCP ID's are?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 21 Administrators Share Posted July 21 The remote access option is for developers to connect for specific bugs not for everyday support. What do you mean by DHCP IDs? Glad it's all working now, keep us posted!
