Order confirmation?

Hey all! New here and new to netduma. Not sure if the best place to ask but I ordered an R3 this morning but never received any kind of confirmation email from them. Is this typical? Thanks in advance!

Haha good luck on receiving that Duma. I keep getting the runaround every time I send an email about shipping.

Really? That’s not great to hear. What issues are you having, just hasn’t shipped yet?

The old Netgear XR450 died so I ordered the R3 with expedited shipping on 7/8/24 and all I've gotten so far is label created.

Man that’s tough I’m sorry. Hopefully they can give you an explanation. I just checked mine and ups has the package and it’s working through the system.

You've not got the run-around, I mentioned to you that we've moved to using a distributor recently and we're looking into it, once I know what has happened I'll send you an email.
