Are multiple people always gaming at the same time? Does it happen if just one person is gaming? When gaming look at the network usage, when the issue happens does anything spike in usage?

If you don't reply to my last comment I don't know whether you're still having the issue or not and can't help troubleshoot/diagnose.

If you comment in the disconnect topic here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56332-r3-disconnections/ a dev may be able to apply changes to the router that could help with the issue.
