LokiD
Is connecting my main router(two floors below) to the WAN port the only way to get all the features of Duma OS via RJ45? When connected to the WAN port, it works fine, but I tried to connect my main router to a LAN port of the XR1000v2 instead of the WAN port because I have some issues connecting to Jellyfin on devices that aren't connected to the XR1000v2. The WiFi works fine, but unfortunately, the Ethernet doesn't work (normal, since it doesn't have internet from the WAN port). The XR1000v2 becomes useless for me, and it creates a subnet, which I believe is not the best idea.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 29 Administrators Share Posted June 29 To get internet and to use the features correctly it must be connected via the WAN port. You probably just need to do some port forwarding to get it working, consult their website/connection troubleshooting and it should tell you what to do.
