Ping Heatmap Issue

Is ping heatmap not working for anyone else? I factory reset this 3 times and installed new update

It's working fine for me, what is the issue you're seeing with it exactly?

The games do not load

As in the list for the games? Clear your browser cache/cookies then try again

I did that. Unfortunately didn't fix the issue.

Right click the page, then go to Inspect (Element), on the window that appears click on the Network tab. Then click the checkbox to disable cache. Then click and hold the browser refresh button, and click Empty Cache and Hard Reload. Then see if it loads correctly please.

Resync the cloud by clicking the  icon top right of the Ping Heatmap page, do you see them then?

I did that. Still doesn work
