IPV6 - Custom DNS - Next DNS?

So was just tinkering as I do and want to setup NextDNS on my router. 

I have changed the IPv4 address to NextDNS pretty straightforward, but notice that there is nowhere to change IPV6 DNS Address? Is it located somewhere else or am I being silly or not understanding something?

No there isn't an option for that at the moment but I think it will be coming in one of the next versions

Right, so I have to use my default DNS on my router through my Service Provider? So I'm better off setting up Next DNS on each of my devices in the meantime?
