Mexzzy Posted June 21 Share Posted June 21 Hello, just purchased Netduma R3 and got it set up with a Netgear CM700 High Speed Cable Modem and the internet will not connect with WiFi or Ethernet to any device. All the lights are on for the modem and router but nothings working.. I can’t even connect on the Duma app on my phone because my router won’t connect to the app.. I use Xfinity as my ISP and the modem is compatible with my ISP I already double checked. Plus all the wires are firmly placed. Please help me get this set up and sorted. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 21 Administrators Share Posted June 21 Access the interface in a web browser by going to http://192.168.77.1 while connected to the router via WiFi or ethernet, complete the Setup Wizard there and then you'll get internet.
