Sigh I’m bout to give up on this router. I’m currently have  no internet or WiFi working in my home , all devices shows it’s connected but nothing is working . Ever since the new update it has been going down hill. Either there is a software issues or a bad router. 
No it’s not the modem I already check that already. I can’t load anything or used anything right now. No web pages are showing up, I have disabled IPv6, yes I have reset the router , yes I have change the cat5/6 cable, yes I have tried Chrome and Edge , yes I have clean the cache ( I also used CCleaner ) I Realy Realy want to this router to be  the best but I’m going towards to get a different router and call it done. This Router needs Help

It looks like you were doing a Ping Optimizer test based on the URL which will disconnect all devices while you do so, that part is normal. 

For the interface can you get the logs from here please: http://192.168.77.1/cgi-bin/logs.txt 

What happens if you click retry there? How did you reset exactly after the update?
