Warzone w/ at&t

Took forever but finally figure out to get open nat type by using a static ip while on warzone. If I plug the r3 back in and put it in passthrough it goes back to moderate. Anyone know what settings I need on router side to carry forward what's done on the att modem?

You need to put the R3 WAN IP found in WAN Settings into the modem DMZ and you'll get an Open NAT then

with at&t you can only use passthrough mode. No DMZ. Does that change any steps required on the R3 end of things? With it unplugged im all good just cant get it to work properly when I reconnect it

Passthrough mode is fine, it's an equivalent method, that should work too

yeah on passthrough it puts it back into moderate. not sure what to do at this point besides not use the R3

What platform are you playing on? You may need to put it in the DMZ (do not do this if on PC) or port forward and you should get Open then.

I am on pc. Did the same port forwards on the r3 as I did on the att fiber modem. Have tried r3 with/out static ip. Neither gets me an open connection

Use just passthrough on the modem, remove the port forwards, then just do the port forwards on the R3 and it should work
