XR1000 Login issue loop

Hi

Everytime I go to login to the netduma geo filter it keeps asking me to reset my password and security questions on a loop

Any help please

Does it ask you initially to enter your credentials in?

Hi

yes and it asks me to reset it and when I do, it does the same thing again. my netduma geofilter link doesn't work either it keeps sending me to this page. I keep clearing cache etc and nothing works

It's http://192.168.1.1 or http://routerlogin.net does either of these work?

Okay and that is where it's looping? Have you done a factory reset to setup from scratch and set new credentials in the Setup Wizard?

Hi, it’s not looping on that but I can’t use routerlogin anymore and I have not but that is something I will try

Are you using a VPN on your PC by any chance?
