Netduma r3 4.0.219 update

After I updated my firmware on the netduma mobile app I have not been able to reach the server and I cannot login what can I do to fix this ?

What worked for me:

- Reboot your router, unplug it for 10 seconds and plug it back in. Close the mobile app completely on your phone. Once router reboots and connects. Reopen the app.

It did work thanks but I have to still download the new update how long should this take ?

If you've updated the firmware already you don't need to download it again - could you clarify?
