CrAzY_V3t3rAn
Important question, I live in the East Coast U.S. and the Ping Heatmap is giving me a ping in the 20s in Florida but when I play in those servers is all the way up to 70 even 80 sometimes. Is that because the cloud is outdated or wrong?? I already resync the cloud and same. Thanks in advance

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 8 Administrators Share Posted June 8 Highly likely the server on Heatmap there is incorrectly located, you definitely wouldn't be able to get a ping that low to a server that far away. Is this for MW? If so I'll get the team to look into it and correct it.

I actually live in Florida so I definitively should have low ping here but instead it shows between 70-80 and when I play on the server it feels like trash. And yes it is for MW3. Is crazy that I get 20-25 ping when I play in Georgia. Thanks in advance
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 18 Administrators Share Posted June 18 Oh I see, the servers on Heatmap won't necessarily be the exact same as the servers you'll see on the Geo-Filter so there will sometimes be a discrepancy but that's quite large, could you provide the ID for the server you're playing on? It's likely mislocated on the Geo rather than heatmap.
